Is the reflection of our own nature
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Easy to see the faults of others; but one’s own is difficult to see.
Parkinson once said that: -
Normally, a person can perform well within his level of capability.
When a job, which is beyond his level of capability is given to him to perform, he becomes very indecisive. He will begin blame others and talk fallacies about other people just to hide his own weakness.

Cultivation of Tolerance
Cultivation of tolerance helps you to:
[1] avoid hasty judgements,
[2] sympathize with other people’s troubles,
[3] avoid captious criticism,
[4] realize that even the finest human being is not infallible.
The weakness you find in your
neighbours can be found in your own
self.
